DUE DILIGENCE The effort made to avoid harm to another through conscientious attention to a task. Diligence inspires confidence, and results in excellence. Julie Gardner joined ERA Lambros Real Estate in 2006, after nearly ten years practicing Real Estate Law in Missoula. Julie now works in both residential and commercial real estate, relying on her experience as a real estate attorney to effectively negotiate and guide her clients’ transactions.
Working with clients looking to buy or sell their homes is especially rewarding for Julie. Surrounded by an unspoiled natural playground, tempted away from responsibilities by gorgeous weather, and sustained by a tenacious community spirit, it’s easy to see why Missoulians love living here. Assisting her clients – from first-time home buyers to empty nesters – is truly an extension of loving all that Missoula has to offer for Julie.
Julie teams with her business partner Peter Lambros to serve Missoula’s commercial real estate market. Julie and Peter have worked together on a wide variety of transactions from leases for small, local businesses to selling landmark buildings and developments. As a Leasing Agent for Missoula’s Southgate Mall, Julie has the unique experience of working for a locally owned property, while bringing multi-national companies to the community. Seeing Missoula’s economy grow and its business sector expand in ways that benefit our community is the highlight of her career in commercial real estate.
Julie’s infectious enthusiasm for her profession is evidenced by her continued success in the industry. Ranked #1 among ERA Agents in Missoula, and in the top 10% of ERA Agents nationally, Julie and her dedicated, professional staff of Licensed Assistants, provide Missoulians with the knowledge and attention to detail essential to successfully attaining their real estate goals.
Julie’s education and background is unique among Missoula real estate professionals. Originally from Indiana, Julie is a third generation REALTOR, following her father and grandfather into the profession. She attended Indiana University where she earned a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, a Masters of Public Affairs, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the I.U. School of Law. Julie also spent two years as a Graduate Assistant at the Indiana University Center on Philanthropy – an experience that has informed her commitment to community service in Missoula and beyond.
When away from work, Julie and her husband Phil enjoy all that Missoula has to offer, and work hard to give back to the community they love. Julie currently serves on the Boards of the Providence Montana Health Foundation, Five Valleys Land Trust and The Missoula Writers Collaborative. Julie works diligently to ensure that Missoula continues to have top-notch healthcare for everyone, protects its awesome open space, and offers unique and meaningful educational opportunities to local children. Raising their three daughters in Missoula is the exclamation point on why Julie and Phil choose to live and work in Missoula. If you are in need of professional real estate services, Julie and her team would love to hear from you.
